Had a deer run into my car door and I took it to them thru my insurance company they made a great offer to fix the damage but My insurance company totaled my car for a dent in the driver's side door. I wish that they would have been able too fix it.
I have used this shop for multiple repairs over the years. Fix Auto has consistently performed repairs on time and with excellent craftsmanship. They attend to the small things, like a good interior cleaning each time I have driven a car home after picking it up. I never want to need their services, but If such a need comes my way again, I will return to Fix Auto.

You can tell they take pride in their work. The team as a whole was solid, but Caitlyn especially stood out. She did an excellent job communicating with me and really advocated on my behalf with the insurance company, making sure all damage from the theft was identified and properly covered. That made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. My car was in the shop for quite a while, but I also had a lot of repairs that needed to be done, so that was completely understandable and not an issue for me. Overall, top-tier service, great communication, and quality work. I would absolutely recommend Fix Auto Body.
