CSR
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing exceptional customers relationships and capturing customer sales in-person and over the phone.
Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, providing accurate automotive repair estimates and asking for the sale. In addition, the estimator will communicate with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Body Technician
The Body Technician is a skilled craftsman with a thorough understanding of all phases of light to heavy collision repair.
Paint Tech
The Paint Technician is responsible for refinishing all assigned vehicles in accordance with each written repair order to ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
