If you’re looking for an auto shop, stop looking! Fix Auto is the best shop in Mount Vernon! They are quick! Especially if you have USAA! They work really well together! I was driving in my neighborhood and a car was getting out of their driveway and backed up into me. The left side back door was hit bad! Fix Auto had to replace my door, repaint to match the color of my car and pretty much get my car looking pretty again. The estimation was supposed to be 3 weeks, but they finished in 8 days! Quick and easy! If you want to see their work, I included before and after photos of my baby! I am very happy with their service. Gloria and her team took care of me and my car! AMAZING customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They communicated throughout the process, which was extremely helpful.Example: after taking the broken part off the car, they call and informed my that there was addition damage and parts needed to be ordered, that could take extra time, they also communicated with the rental car company, so that way I did not have to deal with keeping them updated as well also. They also let me know when it was head to the refinishing area, then the put together area. They also let me know when it left there place to go get calibrated at the dealership. Outstanding Quality workmenship in every area. I will use them in the future if needed

A State Farm select service provider as well! Got my inspection done quick and completed the work in a very timely manner. They made sure it was all good to go before my long drive I had once I picked her up. Can not recommend this shop enough!
