Took my 4 runner here for insurance repair and the communication was great, and they made the experience extremely easy. They did a great job with the repairs and they returned my car to my 5x cleaner than when I dropped it off.
We were able to schedule the repair within an acceptable timeframe. The car was rear-ended, resulting in damage to the lower right bumper and rear light. Upon reviewing the estimate, we discovered that the replacement rear light was sourced from a salvage yard. I researched the OEM pricing for a new part, and it was only $20 more expensive. I informed Fix Auto of this situation, and they opted for a new OEM part. Communication and updates were exceptional, as was the detail and explanation of the actual repair activities. Despite the inconvenience and frustration caused by the damage, Fix Auto effectively minimized the effort and time required. We highly recommend their services.

She spoke to them and they set up a time for the estimate and for the work to be done. All times were honored and quotes were accepted by her insurance company. The repairs were completed thoroughly and with great results. The staff were courteous and efficient. They even offered to supply transportation to and from a rental car company if needed. She would without any reservation recommomend Fix Auto Gladstone to anyone needing auto body repair!
