He was kind and patient, and he explained things clearly and helped me understand my options. Throughout the process, he kept me updated when needed and also assisted with rental car logistics and insurance communication. His professionalism and genuine care made the repair experience quite smooth. The paint work looks beautiful. The color of the repainted areas blends naturally with the rest of the vehicle, and the overall finish looks fresh and cohesive. Seeing it in person made me smile. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service, the communication, and how the paint work turned out.
