As my car was taking too long to finish with repairs and my rental coverage was done so they got me for additional day at Enterprise and got me loaner through Lexus dealership. Gary is a happy go merry guy. Always in good mood to cheer you up. I was in contact with Felicia, my contact, she is knowledgeable, then finally wee met Michael, who went extra step to test drive out car and loaner car as my wife felt some rough driving on. Our car and explained really well. Kudos to Fix Auto and Phong (service advisor) at Lexus Baljit Charanjit
