My wife and I sadly both were rear ended within a week of each other and we chose Fix Auto for our repairs and could not be happier w/ our entire experience. My insurance covered my wreck so it was very swift(State Farm), Liz kept me updated constantly on progress and timing so we planned ahead for our rental. The only place around that would work with my difficult M-F work schedule. Picked up one car and dropped off another 2 weeks later. My wife’s wreck was someone else’s insurance which was really terrible, hard to deal with or contact. Liz said, don’t worry I’ll handle it from here. Got the car back, both look like nothing happened. Hopefully don’t need them again BUT if I do, I’m coming back. Go there people, they’re very professional and honest!
