I am so impressed with FixAuto in Montrose. Unfortunately, I have had to visit Michael and his shop several times in the past few months for repairs on my 2022 Honda CRV. Fortunately, I chose FixAuto when given options by my insurance company and now continue to choose FixAuto for auto body work on my own. The lobby is simple, clean, and organized (a peek into the shop revealed the same) and it's staffed by friendly and efficient Alexa and Jonathan. I have had little to no wait time when scheduling a repair appointment and repairs have been completed when promised, except when required parts are delayed. Manager Michael is above all an excellent communicator. He delivers timely estimates and updates and runs a very efficient shop. He is hands on, answering questions, inspecting damages, giving truthful, straight answers. My charges have been below estimates. FixAuto has gained my trust. Highly recommend.

Fix Auto did a great job fixing an issue with my trunk. I came here after spending two dozen or so hours trying to get Hyundai to fix my trunk. They quoted me 4 hours of body work at a very high price. I got a recommendation from a local shop for Michael at Fix Auto, and he was very attentive and knowledgable. He handled my issue in a handful of hours at an INCREDIBLY reasonable price, in fact cheaper than the initial quote he gave me. So far, my trunk is as good as new. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
