From the beginning until the end I was very satisfied on how Auto Fix handled my case. One of our company vehicles was involved in an accident. The accident actually happened in Madera so I spoke to the Skyler there at the Madera Auto Fix location I believe that was his name. Got in contact with him and started setting up the agreement and information I needed to say “let’s go for it”. It was right before Christmas so I knew that the holidays were going to put a damper on things but weren’t too bad. Their receptionist Rosie would stay in contact with me every week to keep me updated with the progress of the vehicle. Besides the wait after the holidays it was actually a good experience. They had set up the tow to their shop from our shop and from there on, everyone seemed organized and knowledgeable. I trust them and will use them again if I would need them in the future. Thank you.
