The staff at the Downey location treated me well, from start to finish. Gabby, at the front desk was courteous, kind and after she learned about the services my car needed, she connected me with the estimator. Both, were honest, professional and always kept me updated with the status of my car and their work via text messages. Obviously, it’s not always an exciting moment to have to take your car to a body shop for work, but I’ve taken my cars to Fix Auto Downey for years.
