He kept me updated throughout the repair process, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. The quality of the work was outstanding — my Tesla came back looking brand new, and you honestly wouldn’t even know it had damage before. The attention to detail, communication, and customer service really stood out to me. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that the repair was completed properly and on time. I would definitely take my car back to fix auto. They fixed my back rear bumper. They took all the scratches away in the dent. The color is beautiful matched. Their professionalism was amazing. Their communication with me was on point everything they told me they were gonna do they did and I will continue to return if I have to. I hope I don’t.

As a first time Tesla owner and being in an accident for the first time Sophia the receptionist and Eric the estimator apprentice ARE THE PEOPLE YOU NEED!! Sophia was absolutely phenomenal at guiding you and scheduling appointments for you and Eric was an ABSOLUTE champ and a highly experienced professional at this location. They were both ABSOLUTELY AMAZING staffs at the Fix Auto location and I am MOST DEFINITELY satisfied with the fast, easy, and professional services they provided me. If you need to visit Fix Auto location for servicing, fixing, or whatever, you MUST visit the Fix Auto Anaheim at S Auto Center drive and ask for Sophia and ERIC!! Unfortunately, I visited this location twice after my two accidents, however, the team here were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They try their best to work with your schedule, provide excellent advice and service, and most importantly THEY FIX YOUR CAR LIKE ITS NEVER BEEN DAMAGED!!! I am very much satisfied with my past two visits, I really hope I don’t have to see them again(in a good way ^^;;), but will DEFINITELY visit this location if I need to for any reasons to get help on my car!
