This is my second time working with Fix Auto Highland Park. Allen and his team did a great job, Allen gave me an update throughout the process. The whole process was hassle free. I had a rental while my car was in the shop. I was involved in a minor accident and they replaced all the parts with factory parts, and paint job was flawless, my car looks like it just came out of the showroom after the repairs. The turn around time was quick. I Highly recommend this place. Thanks to Allen & Edward and the rest of the team for taking care of me.
I took my vehicle here for an estimate and the following day, I dropped my car off. I was treated very nicely and the repair area was very clean and organized. The office was very professional and they kept in touch with me to let me know where they were at with my car and my expected pick up date. I was excited to hear they made their expected time frame and so glad to have my car back. It was prepared very nicely and has a life time warranty as long as I own my car. I appreciated their professionalism, friendliness and promptness!!
