The team did not treat me or my vehicle in any way that showed that they cared less knowing that they would get paid. They were very communicative and really appreciate how informative they were. Fix Auto took care of everything timely and worked easily with my insurance company. Through the insurance the appointment was booked for 7:15 am and when I showed up the door was locked. The guy said they don’t open until 8am ( system glitch that it let me book that early) but he let me in and checked in my car as I had a Lyft waiting. My car came out beautifully, good as new as far as I can tell. Highly recommend!

We went to this shop as our insurance sent us to them for a repair after a crash. The provided an estimate and then let us take the vehicle until the estimate was approved. Once we dropped off the car they provided frequent updates, and were ahead of time on getting it fixed. When we picked up the car, they had washed it, vacuumed out and did a basic detailing of the interior, and it looked like they had even buffed out a scratch that wasn't related to the repair. While I hope I dont need their service again, 10/10 I would bring another vehicle to them.
