Fix Auto did a great job on my repair and kept me up to date with the repairs. They were able to schedule it so that it worked well with a trip I had scheduled. They also guarantee their work. I have used them twice and have been pleased with the results.
A deer hit Zed and we had to get repairs done as quickly as possible. I have to say this was about the smoothest insurance repair I’ve ever been involved in. Fix handlers all communication with the Insurance including arrangements for a rental which delivered and picked up from the shop! Wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on anything.
I had a super smooth and stress-free experience with the team at Fix Auto Port Orchard. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. They did a great job on my car and kept me updated the whole way through. I also really appreciated their pick-up and drop-off service for a reasonable fee—it made things so much easier for me. Right after Thanksgiving, I was rear ended by a lady who fell asleep at the wheel. Of course, she didn’t have insurance. Luckily I did, and although my insurance company gave me a few recommendations, after reading their reviews it was clear that Fix Auto was the right place for me. From start to finish the Fix Auto team treated me with compassion and professionalism. They provided me updates as things progressed and finished weeks ahead of schedule even with two major holidays in between. Couldn’t recommend this business enough for auto repairs especially if it’s a Tesla because they are currently the only Certified Tesla Repair shop in Kitsap county and I’m happy to have them in my hometown of Port Orchard. Special shout out to Riley who was super user friendly even though I was dealing with a frustrating situation. Thanks for making my 2024 Model Y look as good as new. 🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🇺🇸
