If you’re looking for an auto shop, stop looking! Fix Auto is the best shop in Mount Vernon! They are quick! Especially if you have USAA! They work really well together! I was driving in my neighborhood and a car was getting out of their driveway and backed up into me. The left side back door was hit bad! Fix Auto had to replace my door, repaint to match the color of my car and pretty much get my car looking pretty again. The estimation was supposed to be 3 weeks, but they finished in 8 days! Quick and easy! If you want to see their work, I included before and after photos of my baby! I am very happy with their service. Gloria and her team took care of me and my car! AMAZING customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My car sustained considerable damage to its lower front because of a crate which I couldn't avoid that had evidently fallen off a vehicle ahead of me on the freeway. I chose Fix Auto from several options offered by my insurance company to do the repair work. I'm glad I did! Owner Gloria Hulst and her staff were very personable and highly efficient, and they did a beautiful job in restoring my car to its original condition. I could not be more pleased.
Gloria, Adam and the team did an excellent job repairing my Ram Promaster after I got in a collision. Excellent communication, great work, very capable team. A State Farm select service provider as well! Got my inspection done quick and completed the work in a very timely manner. They made sure it was all good to go before my long drive I had once I picked her up. Can not recommend this shop enough!
