Amazing customer service. Got into a small accident and used Fix Auto through my insurance. I've had terrible experiences with other collision shops, but Fix Auto was amazing from start to finish. I love that you're able to keep track of the status of your car (what repairs they determine need to done, parts ordered, parts received, etc). I really hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do, I will be back. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My car looks perfect—like the accident never even happened. Everything was repaired exactly as needed, and it was returned to me spotless and clean, which I really appreciated. A huge thank you to Bobby and Christian for taking such great care of my car and making sure everything was done right. And Mary was incredible throughout the process—she kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I had all the information I needed. Truly excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about Fix Auto Modesto. From the moment I dropped my car off, everyone was attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and the lobby was welcoming with coffee and other beverages available. Bobby and Christian were the two I worked with, and their customer service was outstanding. The ladies at the front desk during pickup were also fantastic—very friendly and professional. They completed my car quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. I dropped it off Monday morning at 8 AM for a bumper replacement after hitting an animal. During the repair process, they discovered additional undercarriage damage, including bent suspension components, and took care of those repairs as well. I truly can’t say enough about Fix Auto. They got me back on the road fast, and I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. And while this was covered by my car insurance, their pricing was not nearly as high as I thought it was going to be even with the additional finds.
