Love this place! Fair and affordable pricing when I had to pay out of pocket last summer for a hit and run, and another amazing job this summer for an accident. They stepped up and assisted me when dealing with the other drivers insurance company when it should have been my insurance company doing it. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, and prompt when providing updates as your vehicle is being worked on. I can’t praise this place enough for the amazing work and the superb customer service they provide.

When my Maserati was backed into while parked I was pretty upset and worried. Not many places have experience working on these cars. Aaron and the team at Fix alleviated all of my worries. Very timely response. Online tracking system. Great communication via text. Dealt with all insurance and rental issues. Most importantly EXCELLENT repair work including calibrating all cameras and software programming. This isn’t your typical hammer and wrench shop. I hope I never see you guys again but if I need a repair I’m calling you.

This was my first time working with Fix but it definitely won't be the last. They were quick, courteous and transparent with pricing. They body work they did turned out terrific and they even detailed the interior of my car before I picked it up!

Randomly picked this shop as they were listed as an approved shop from my insurance company. I went in there blind with crossed fingers that this would be a good experience. Couldn't have gone better: 1) Always available by phone for an update 2) Proactively reached out to me regularly with updates 3) Vehicle was ready when they said 4) called me after I dropped the vehicle to say they accidentally put a small dent in the vehicle while it was in their parking lot. They fixed this at their cost. They could have simply repaired it and said nothing. I appreciated the honesty. Aaron was very courteous and timely with information. I would recommend Fix Auto to my friends. A great experience at a time when finding good service is a struggle.
