This review is several months overdue, so sadly I have forgotten some of the names of the employees that I'd like to call out directly. First, the two ladies in the office that helped me set up the appointment, looked at the damage on my vehicle, finalized the work to be done, communicated the cost to my insurance and eased some of my concerns were incredible! I cannot say enough good things about them! After a big storm while my vehicle was parked under a tree, I discovered that several large branches had fallen and caused some damage to my vehicle. There were some good sized dents on my door, and several locations with chipped paint on the hood. My primary concern was rust. I knew if I didn't get it fixed, the rust would eventually take over but I also didn't want the damaged portions of my vehicle to get repaired and repainted and then have it look like different paint colors on the hood vs. the door vs. the rest of the vehicle. But whoever fixed the damaged areas and repainted it did an incredible job! No one could ever spot the damage that took place or even the fact that it was repainted. It looked as good as the day that I bought it brand new! The day I dropped it off, another gentleman took a quick look at my truck and discovered another dent. I knew it was preexisting damage not related to the storm, so I asked to not have it repaired. He told me that it could be repaired and that it would be separate from my insurance claim, which was sweet! Finally when I picked up my vehicle, one of the ladies that initially helped me, opened my passenger door (where the worst of the damage had been done) to show me the repairs that had taken place. Thats when I noticed the interior of my vehicle. They detailed and cleaned the entire interior! WHAT!? This place rules. It's not convenient for me because of where I live but I took it here anyways not only because they were approved under my insurance, but because they have some of the best reviews online. Take your vehicle here even if its not convenient. It is worth it. I cannot say enough good things!

Love this place! Fair and affordable pricing when I had to pay out of pocket last summer for a hit and run, and another amazing job this summer for an accident. They stepped up and assisted me when dealing with the other drivers insurance company when it should have been my insurance company doing it. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, and prompt when providing updates as your vehicle is being worked on. I can’t praise this place enough for the amazing work and the superb customer service they provide.

When my Maserati was backed into while parked I was pretty upset and worried. Not many places have experience working on these cars. Aaron and the team at Fix alleviated all of my worries. Very timely response. Online tracking system. Great communication via text. Dealt with all insurance and rental issues. Most importantly EXCELLENT repair work including calibrating all cameras and software programming. This isn’t your typical hammer and wrench shop. I hope I never see you guys again but if I need a repair I’m calling you.

Professional and courteous. They beat their initial time estimate by a couple of days. The repair looks great, better than it looked before our car got hit. And they even painted a scratch that wasn't technically part of the claim just to blend it in. Great service all the way around.
