Right after Thanksgiving, I was rear ended by a lady who fell asleep at the wheel. Of course, she didn’t have insurance. Luckily I did, and although my insurance company gave me a few recommendations, after reading their reviews it was clear that Fix Auto was the right place for me. From start to finish the Fix Auto team treated me with compassion and professionalism. They provided me updates as things progressed and finished weeks ahead of schedule even with two major holidays in between. Couldn’t recommend this business enough for auto repairs especially if it’s a Tesla because they are currently the only Certified Tesla Repair shop in Kitsap county and I’m happy to have them in my hometown of Port Orchard.
