Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The work was done quickly and efficiently and my truck looked as good as new! They also detailed it so the inside and outside looked so clean!

I sustained some mystery damage to the passenger-side quarter panel and fender of my Mazda, no sign of another party. When I filed my insurance claim online, I chose Fix at random from the Preferred Partner list. The Fix Auto team contacted me within MINUTES of submitting my claim and scheduled my assessment. I appreciated their clear communications about the repair process. They worked directly with my insurance to ensure that the estimate was processed promptly, and completed all repairs in just three days, when the original expectation was more than a week. I’m a happy customer! 10/10, no notes.

We brought our damaged Toyota RAV4 in after an accident (t-boned). Our car looked great when it was finished with repairs! Great service on the car and attention to detail; wonderful job washing the car after the fixing, including sparkling clean floor mats. The friendly ladies in the office kept me informed almost daily on progress. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We didn’t have to pay a penny, because the other folks’ insurance paid the whole bill. Oh, and the car rental company (which was close by) brought a rental over to us when we dropped off our car and picked up the rental car when we picked up our car. Smooth, easy process. I highly recommend Fix Auto in Poulsbo!
