He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, took the time to answer all of my questions, and genuinely listened to my concerns about the repairs and the parts being used on my vehicle. I especially appreciated how Jim explained the additional damage they found during the repair and kept me informed about the changes being made. When my vehicle was completed, he also had all of the repair, diagnostic, calibration, and measurement documentation I had requested ready for me. My 2024 Hyundai Tucson looks great after the repair, and everything I have tested is working properly.
