Service and communication were more than satisfactory. Final bill was actually less than the original quote. Only suggestion I have to make the customer experience truly exceptional is to vacuum the floor mats before presenting the vehicle to its owner.
Excellent service from start to finish. Got my car in super fast and returned to me on the date promised . No delays. Updated me the entire time. Joslyn even drove me to enterprise when I needed a ride. All around very honest and quality work! Would recommend this place to anyone! Very nice people.
This shop did a fantastic job repairing my car after a collision. I was concerned the paint wouldn’t match as my vehicle is 5 years old but you literally cannot tell I have a new door and side panel. They matched the paint perfectly and the repairs are very high quality. Matt was great to work with; he provided routine updates over the 3 weeks my vehicle was in the shop and kept me up to date with insurance payments. Highly recommend!
If I could give more stars, I would! From start to finish, Fix Auto Bixby was superior in response time, customer service and repair! From driving me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, to calling with updates on the repairs, to detailing my car upon arrival, I cannot say enough about Brad and his team!
