Had an exceptional experience with FIX this past week! My vehicle was hit and needed repairs and they were able to get me in the next day for service. The office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and Griffin kept me informed throughout every step of the repair process. My vehicle is sparkling clean when I picked it up, they had even cleaned up the interior for me. Amazing customer service and I was totally wowed from start to finish! My vehicle was done in the timeline that was estimated and they detailed it as well so it was nice to pick up a clean car that looks brand new. Had never needed an auto body shop in the 14 years I have lived in the Twin Cities. Fix Auto was recommended by a friend. Staff was very nice and helpful. I was surprised by how quickly they were able to get my vehicle into the shop and repaired after I was rear ended. They kept ms up to date almost daily on the status of my vehicle. Any questions ir concerns I had, they answered or took care of for me. I would recommend their shop to any of my friends.
