Steven was great to work with, my truck was completed early which is something I have never experienced before. Communication was amazing with daily texts letting me know the repair was on track with the anticipated finish date. Was able to pick it up 2 days early!
Brought my Audi here through my insurance to repair my front bumper. The staff were super friendly and Steven kept me updated the entire time. They replaced my bumper and my aftermarket grill that cracked because of the accident. Overall a great experience, my car looks better than ever.

My auto insurance company recommended Fix Auto Fox Valley in St Charles, and I couldn't have been happier with the work they did on the front bumper and fender of my Rogue. It's several years old, and it has a special paint so it required a 3 stage process. Each day I received a text informing me of the progress of the work being done, and it was completed on the day promised. The office manager couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend them for auto body work for any vehicle!
