It's been said I might be a little difficult to please. Fix Auto had no trouble! I was hit in a parking lot (Trader Joe's anyone?), and my repair was handled through the responsible party's insurance carrier. I already knew I'd be using Fix Auto, and luckily they're part of the carrier's "Select Service Program," so the whole process was super easy. Walking in to the reception area is a little confusing because it's SO clean and nice (a little bougie, even). Rich helped us out and he was efficient, courteous, and accommodating. When I picked up the car (in just 4 business days!) I was in and out of there in under two minutes, driving away in a car that looked better than it did before I got hit! Such an amazing experience. Someone unexpectedly hit my car and thanks to the team at fix auto you would never even know it happened. They were able to get everything fixed up back to being better than before. My entire door had to be replaced and painted and the color match their painter did was amazing. They even went above and beyond and detailed the outside of my car. Next time I ever need work on my car I will definitely be bringing it here.
