I had an INCREDIBLE experience here. Had my car in for a car accident and they were so compassionate and communcative. I also needed help with a key (separate from the repairs ) and they helped me in every way possible. Very good service and kind staff
Fix auto was super quick and helpful. I brought my car in on Feb 17 and was estimated to be finished March 13, They finished my car Feb 26 ! They did a great job on the car, looks brand new again. I would recommend 100% !
Great service, took care of my needs and kept in good communication and upfront and honest with the whole process. Didn't need to explain much, knew exactly what I required and good paperwork skills, I guess you can call it that? Just really good on giving me a quote on everything, basically my car insurance took care of my history. Recommend returning, I've been here 9 years ago and I knew to return to get top notch service and quickly done right.
Really great experience with Fix Auto Montclair. Went through my insurance to have my front fender and side panel fixed and replaced. They were very nice and thorough and even got my car back to me 5 days earlier than expected. I had an estimate done at another place, and Fix Auto was the most reasonable. Also, my car was returned to me washed and looked brand new which I really appreciated. Paperwork was detailed and explained clearly to me at check-in and check-out.
