From beginning to end, everyone was so nice, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything step by step, both before starting the repairs and when I picked up my car. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. They were also very helpful and worked with me, and the repairs were completed much quicker than I expected. They even provided a guarantee, which gave me extra peace of mind. I was involved in a car accident two weeks ago, and the other driver’s Geico insurance agent recommended Fix Auto Magnolia-Riverside for the estimate and repairs. I am so glad they did! Having Enterprise Rent-A-Car right at the same location made dropping off my vehicle and picking up a rental completely seamless and convenient. (My only minor feedback for the shop is that a larger street sign would make it a bit easier to spot from the road!) From start to finish, the entire staff was friendly, expert, and professional. Update: I brought my truck in for some minor body and extensive paint work. Same excellent experience. Went above and beyond and communicated throughout the whole process. My Tesla body work and dent removal turned out awesome. I experienced great service, quality repair at a fair price. Did what they said on time and for the price indicated - which is too often rare in this industry. Get a quote for your repair and experience the difference as i did over the other local shops.
