Having Enterprise Rent-A-Car right at the same location made dropping off my vehicle and picking up a rental completely seamless and convenient. (My only minor feedback for the shop is that a larger street sign would make it a bit easier to spot from the road!) From start to finish, the entire staff was friendly, expert, and professional. A special shout-out to Andy and the rest of the Fix Auto team for doing an amazing job. Andy was incredibly knowledgeable during the initial body inspection and provided excellent, informative customer service throughout the process. I really appreciated that he kept me updated every step of the way with regular calls on the repair progress. The repairs were completed as quickly as possible, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I truly trust their skill and attention to detail. I unfortunately got rear-ended again. That was two times in the last 4 months. I took my car back to Fix Auto Magnolia-Riverside again as I trust their work and attention to detail. Update: I brought my truck in for some minor body and extensive paint work. Same excellent experience. Went above and beyond and communicated throughout the whole process. My Tesla body work and dent removal turned out awesome. I experienced great service, quality repair at a fair price. Did what they said on time and for the price indicated - which is too often rare in this industry. Get a quote for your repair and experience the difference as i did over the other local shops.

Fix Auto is very professional at what they do! From the start from initial appointment was very easy online. Staffs were super nice and Ricky was very knowledgeable during estimate of vehicle body inspection. You can either get a quote for the Original parts or aftermarket parts buy expect to pay more with the originals. Ricky offered coffee or water while you waited. After inspections, Ricky got on the computer and enter all the informations and about 10 minutes I got the estimate. It went very smoothly. All of the body shops should trained their staffs like Fix Auto.
