The work was not too crazy, but I had smashed the front of my Lexus RX 350 pretty good requiring the hood and front end plastic to all be replaced. Since it was Christmas my kids were home from college and we needed the car badly. The owner said she would do what they could to get it to me right away. They were very friendly.
