Fix Auto took great care of me. I had issues with my Lexus’s rear bumper and backup sensors, and I came here after a friend had body work done on his BMW and was very satisfied with the results. Customer service was beyond a 10 out of a 10. Communication was at the top of their list w calls letting me know where they were in the process of the car repairs. Calls w updates were every other day. The repairs were perfect and done within days. Sayra’s customer service skills were spot on. Taking care of my rental car, paperwork completion w a full explanation of what was done to the car. This was a great experience and my husband a I would use this shop again.

LOOKS BRAND NEW. Kaitlyn and Vincent were amazing through the entire process from the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I picked it up. Kaitlyn called and kept me updated on the entire process and Vincent made sure to mark everything that was needed. It took them less than 7 days to fix my car that had a giaaant scratch/dent.
