I can’t say enough positive things about this business. They replaced the bumper on my car and painted the damaged paint caused by someone who hit me in a parking lot. They are a family owned business who understand good customer service and quality work. Polite, professional, focused on my needs, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and kind. All done with perfect craftsmanship and integrity. And, my car looked like new when I got it back! I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Fix Auto Upland. Their team is kind and very communicative. I brought my car after I was rear ended on the freeway. My car was there for almost a month and they kept me up to date with all insurance communications, negotiations, delays, and they even advocated for me to get approved for some better parts (not all were approved, but that was expected, I appreciate their efforts). Over all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank yall so so much!!

Fix Auto USA did a great job on my 2023 Nissan Rogue! I had an accident and they were very helpful throughout the repair process. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, answering any questions I had and providing me with updates. Junior was also very professional and kept me updated on the auto parts status, estimates, and work to be completed. They were fast and worked quick with my insurance. They obtained auto parts within 2 days and the vehicle was fixed within a week after obtaining auto body parts. My vehicle looks impeccable!

This place is excellent! They took care of my 2024 Honda Civic and it came out perfect. They were super transparent on what were my options and super thorough and explaining how the process worked. The repair time was pretty fast and they were sure to update me while they had my car so that made me feel even more secure with them having it.
