Came to found them through my insurance. My passenger side door had been dented by another while parked. The people here were super easy to work with and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They were quick and the door replacement was perfect looks like new!
I received a list of approved repair shops from my insurance company as a result of being rear-ended. Fix Auto was among the highest rated, here on Google reviews. They did not disappoint. There was easy coordination with a nearby Enterprise for a rental while my car was being fixed. I received consistent communications via text about the time & cost estimates, and when they actually started the work. Then I received multiple confirmations that they were on track with the estimated schedule. Finally, I received a text the work was done - exactly when they said it would be - and when I could pick it up. The repairs were perfect! All in all, a positive experience and excellent service and repair work. I highly recommend.
Danny is simply the best. His staff is friendly and helpful as well, but Danny makes you feel well taken care of. I dropped my car at his shop on a Friday and was given an estimated repair time of around 3 weeks (which already was shorter than some other shops had quoted me). My car was ready in 13 days and the high quality of workmanship was apparent. On top of it all, the price was very reasonable and lower than all of the other Tesla certified shops in the area I had gotten estimates from. I would definitely trust Danny with repairing my car again!
