Recently took my Toyota Supra for front/rear bumper and side skirt replacement. Took them 7 days to work on it, originally 4 days. 5 stars go out to Eara and Consuelo from their Temecula Pkwy shop, and also to the 2 managers at the Murrieta shop who assisted my husband after we returned my car to redo rear bumper fitment, as it was misaligned/ my exhaust system almost touching the plastic diffuser. Took out 1 star from overall rating since they released the car back to us despite the trunk not fully able to close (idk how they missed this, the car has annoying notifications if something is not right), therefore causing 1 day delay and thus affecting our work/off schedules in order to pick up the car. And if I can give negative stars to the person who messed with my dash camera, I would- he didnt just only move the angle of my dashcam and failing to notify us of doing so, but he also ejected the ssd for what reason?? My dashcam is there for safety and I understand if he didnt want himself to be recorded but he also couldve told us about it and we’ll be more than willing to delete the footages. Overall good body shop, I advice to thoroughly check your car prior to leaving to avoid any delays.
