I bought a brand new 2026 Honda Sport Touring Hybrid CRV. With less than 5,000 miles on it, some guy backed into me in the parking lot. He dented the tailgate, scratched up the fender, broke the light. That messed up me being able to use my key fob or kick under my car to open up the back. I love that car and was almost in tears. Fix Auto is one of State Farms auto repair garages. There was absolutely no hassle taking it in and getting it taken care of. I was very nervous that it would never be the same. Mike walked me through what he was going to do and assured me that it would be done using all original Honda parts just like I drove it off the dealer's lot. I took it in on a Monday. I was updated daily on the status, which I really appreciated. I picked it up that Monday. That was only 5 days! It looks perfect! I'm very particular and it didn't even have a scratch on it and the tailgate works perfectly now. Not only that, but they washed it and vacuumed out the inside. I can't recommend them enough. I'm very pleased and pleasantly surprised. ❤️
