They handled the insurance repair flawlessly. Done a day earlier than expected. They even noticed I’d been waiting for my ride to the car rental place for 15 minutes and took the initiative to call them back to remind them that they had a customer waiting. Excellent service, dry friendly and professional.

Came here for a small scratch repair on my Tesla's rear bumper that was fully covered by insurance. Very prompt & courteous handling by the staff, clear articulation of what needs to be fixed.. and they completed the work ahead of time. I have been coming here for years and their work and craftsmanship is always top tier. They are honest and fair with their estimates, accurate on time, and the results speak for themselves. I recently had work done to my 2023 Traverse. I was quoted within $30 of the final price, quickly and easily scheduled a start date, the car was done on time (and looked incredible - they had scrubbed the outside and made it look like my kids had never touched the inside of the car… sparkling!). They worked efficiently with the insurance company - I didn’t have to do a thing, and even aided with my rental car from Enterprise (I had a driver pick me up and bring me to enterprise and when I was done, I left the rental with Fix Auto and Enterprise picked it up). They even recommended a fantastic mechanic who has been truly wonderful. I will never go anywhere else… and the nicest people. Francisco was so kind and helpful; he ensured I had all the information I needed and was prompt with any responses. You can’t ask for anything more.

This shop is a Tesla certified, (and also affiliated with Mercury my insurance) that’s why I chose them based on the reviews. The reviews are right and they don’t disappoint! Francisco at the front desk was responsive and courteous! Got my estimate right away and allocated a slot for repairs 3 days later (it was a small job to fix a door ding though). When I went to pick up the car when the job was done, I noticed a scratch on the inside of the pillar between the doors (thy needed to the take the door off to fix the ding on the door). No problem, they’d fix it, I was told. And they did! Im satisfied with the quality of the repair and timely fashion they do their jobs! I noticed that nearly half (or a third) in their parking lot are Teslas. So if you are a Tesla owner, and need some jobs done, I’d recommend this shop!
