This is a really reputable, honest, family-owned shop. They are EXTREMELY understanding and helpful. I got into a fender bender last month and they went above and beyond to get my car back to me. They were super clairvoyant and communicative about the entire repair, dealt with the insurance company AND the rental car return, and gave me advice about fixing other mechanical problems my car was having that were unrelated to the accident. I very highly recommend their services-my car looks fantastic even though there was quite a bit of damage and it looks like the accident never even happened.

The best place to get your vehicle Fixed. Quality repair job. Customer service was on point. Josh the estimator was extremely professional and thorough. He even did a little extra to make me happier. The lady up from was so good at making handling the insurance company and rental car super efficient and easily done. When I went and got my truck back it was detailed for me which was super nice and I even left the rental car there to make it simple. My hat is off to you Fix Auto. You’re the only place I will get work done. Highly recommended

Getting rear-ended is never fun, but thankfully my family and I were okay with no major injuries. Our Tesla Model Y needed repairs, and since I had a great experience with Fix Auto about six years ago, it was an easy decision to go back. Ozzy took great care of us throughout the entire process, keeping me updated from start to finish, which really gave me peace of mind. The repairs were completed earlier than expected, and the quality of work was excellent. On top of the great service, my son and I even got a quick tour of the shop, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Fix Auto Rocklin is awesome. I was a walk in customer and I called “Kyleen” is who I spoke with while on my Way from Kniesel’s of Rocklin, In the pouring rain. Well Kyleen was super nice she even waited a couple minutes after 5pm which is when they close. So That alone was awesome. But the best part is I drive a F-150 and I have Tesla insurance I don’t know anything about insurance claims yet alone Tesla with a Ford🤷‍♂️ but Fix Auto Rocklin does and has a great business relationship with Tesla. I didn’t have to do anything Kyleen did it all for me . So Fix Auto Rocklin I’ll give 5 stars all day and will come back for any auto repairs I may have in the future The last 2 pics are the after pics
