Fix Auto is very professional at what they do! From the start from initial appointment was very easy online. Staffs were super nice and Ricky was very knowledgeable during estimate of vehicle body inspection. You can either get a quote for the Original parts or aftermarket parts buy expect to pay more with the originals. Ricky offered coffee or water while you waited. After inspections, Ricky got on the computer and enter all the informations and about 10 minutes I got the estimate. It went very smoothly. All of the body shops should trained their staffs like Fix Auto.

Couldn’t be more pleased about the service I received at Fix Auto. Andy was helpful and informative, excellent customer service skills. The repairs were completed quickly and they had me back in the road in two days. They even washed and detailed my truck inside and out and gave it back to me cleaner than when I gave it to them.

Unfortunately I was rear-ended by another party and was directed to this Fix It Auto off of Magnolia in Riverside. I was greeted by friendly staff and the guy I worked with was named Andy. He thoroughly explained the whole process to get my vehicle repaired and get into a rental car in the meanwhile. He had a friendly and professional personality. The whole time I was updated by Andy on the progress of my vehicle and was text message updates. When I retrieved my car after the repairs were done I was walked through all the steps it took to get my car back to factory and even checked all the lights and did a entire walkthrough of my vehicle. What would ordinarily be an unpleasant experience turned out to be a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this location.
