Andy and his team communicated with me throughout the process and were able to repair my car within a reasonable amount of time! This helped tremendously because I was paying out of pocket for my rental. The body work they did was high quality and they repaired it back to its original condition

Couldn’t be more pleased about the service I received at Fix Auto. Andy was helpful and informative, excellent customer service skills. The repairs were completed quickly and they had me back in the road in two days. They even washed and detailed my truck inside and out and gave it back to me cleaner than when I gave it to them.

Unfortunately I was rear-ended by another party and was directed to this Fix It Auto off of Magnolia in Riverside. I was greeted by friendly staff and the guy I worked with was named Andy. He thoroughly explained the whole process to get my vehicle repaired and get into a rental car in the meanwhile. He had a friendly and professional personality. The whole time I was updated by Andy on the progress of my vehicle and was text message updates. When I retrieved my car after the repairs were done I was walked through all the steps it took to get my car back to factory and even checked all the lights and did a entire walkthrough of my vehicle. What would ordinarily be an unpleasant experience turned out to be a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this location.

The team at Fix Auto in Riverside off Magnolia was amazing! I drove in with a dirty car with a busted side view mirror and left with a cleaned car and fixed side view mirror. Their customer service was excellent and they provided me with updates as the repairs progressed. Knock on wood but if anything were to happen to any of my cars again, I would definitely bring it back here. Also, amazing that they have an enterprise right in front that they were able to set me up with a rental with. Appreciate the help!!
