I’ll never hesitate to take my car to Fix Auto Redlands! Chad took great care of me and his service was above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough. The rest of the team tries to get you in and out which is great. They have a great partnership with Enterprise and I was able to be shuttled back and forth for free. 5 Stars!

Everything was perfect. It's never a good thing to be in an accident, but they were able to take on my case the moment it opened, and they finished sooner than expected. I was hesitant to take it to a non Tesla center, but they knew what they were doing and so far everything has been perfect. Communication was excellent. They made it easy for me with rental car return and pick up. There was a mark on the side after the repair, and when I called/brought it back for them to take a look at, Chad was very friendly and understanding, and although it was not related to the repair, he took care of it very quickly and very happy to do it. I was thankful for his response and action. Chad gave his time estimate and definitely overdelivered. Small touches including car being washed and full charged were awesome to see. This centered was preferred from my AAA insurance. It was close to my home, and I have been very happy with the repair.
