I think they did an overall great job repairing my bumper, fender, and fender liners. There was one small issue with one of liners not being clipped in completely correct, but they were able to quickly take the car back in minutes and fix it. My only complaint is that theyre not very attentive with answering their phones, so customer be aware of that. Usually if you leave a message they might get back to you same day or next day depending on what time you called. USAA took care of everything with them. Overall the transaction was good. They also ran a diagnostic for me because my check engine light came on so there was some extra repairs I ended up needing to get done at an auto shop but was grateful they let me know upon picking up. Im not sure how I feel about the prices, but this is Norcal. So cal is expensive too but not quite as up here. But the work is done very well from what I can currently tell so can't complain about that. Just hoping my insurance doesn't sky rocket from this huge ticket this ended up being. Just something to keep in mind.
