I originally brought my car to Fix Auto Palmdale after an accident, and the repair looked great. About a year later, the paint began cracking. When I returned the car to access the lifetime warranty, I was told the bumper had likely been hit, even though I knew it hadn't. I ended up filing a comprehensive claim and paying my deductible to have it repaired. About a year later, the paint cracked again. This time, the team took the time to really listen, thoroughly troubleshoot the issue, and discovered there was actually a defect in the bumper that had caused the problem. They treated me with respect, communicated well, and repaired it the right way. I'm giving them five stars because of the professionalism they showed in taking my concerns seriously and finding the real cause of the problem. Now, if I could only get back my original $100 deductible, they'd earn six stars!
