Carlos made sure to provide frequent updates to me regarding the progress of my car repair. In the office, service member, Unique was very helpful and knowledgeable, as we're all the office staff. Our insurance provider, USAA recommend this place and I am not disappointed! Highly recommend!

They fixed the sunroof of my Toyota Tundra after someone hit it with a stray golf ball, it’s good as new now. It took 3 weeks. (Not at all their fault, it took a while for the part to ship to them.) Carlos also kept me updated by reaching out and calling keeping me up to date with the progression and if they came across any delays. I respect that he took the time to keep me updated as the customer. Then they also washed and detailed my truck making it look as good as new when I picked it up. Fix Auto replaced a headlight and bumper from a minor accident. They did a FANTASTIC job, in a timely manor. My car was cleaner than how I left it. They were organized and profesional, and far exceeded my expectations for an affordable price. I highly reccomend them.
