Although I have not physically visited the auto shop yet, I am already very impressed with the professionalism and customer service provided by Shawnalee and Greg. My car was towed to the shop yesterday, and they have kept me informed every step of the way regarding its status. I was especially impressed by Shawnalee's compassionate and supportive communication when she called to speak with me. Having just experienced an auto accident, her tone, empathy, and choice of words made a difficult situation much easier to handle. She treated me with genuine care and understanding, which meant a great deal during a stressful time. Based on my experience so far, I am very appreciative of their professionalism, excellent communication, and customer-focused approach.

My review is overdue (sorry), but these guys are fantastic! My AAA insurance wanted to total my car with a damaged left rear panel only, and after getting an insane estimate somewhere else (that I'll not mention). My Toyota is a little older, but has low mileage and looks great....garage kept. The whole ordeal was quite stressful and upsetting. I did some research, found these guys and met w/Joe...WOW, he was amazing! They went above and beyond to work with my insurance company, fix my back panel instead of replacing it, and it came out beautifully. Really a top-notch company, and great crew/workmanship. Couldn't be happier...thanks guys!

WOW. I will never go anywhere else. I am too familiar with the vehicle repair following a collision experience. This business exceeded my expectations and did so gracefully. I can’t say enough about how simple this process was but most of all how wonderful the people here are AND great my car looked after repairs.The turn around time was short which was important as I did not have a rental. They communicated just the right amount. They handled all the insurance company engagement and I had almost no involvement. I can’t say enough about this business and will say I was shocked at how not stressed I was thanks to Fix Auto Orangevale. You all blew it out of the park!

I got a repair quote from this shop after some body damage on my vehicle. They were extremely prompt with getting me in for an inspection and had the quote back to me very quickly. The whole process was handled professionally and they explained everything clearly. I am genuinely impressed with their service and attention to detail. Great team!
