The vehicle had over $15,000 in damage, and being an EV with so much onboard technology, I was understandably concerned about the quality of the repairs. From start to finish, the team was outstanding. Jennifer, the GM, and Chris, my primary contacts throughout the process, were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Not only was my truck completed ahead of the promised delivery date, but it honestly looks brand new — even better than before the accident. They even detailed the vehicle, which was a wonderful surprise. For anyone unfortunate enough to need collision repairs, but fortunate enough to choose FIX AUTO Ontario, I highly recommend them. The daily updates from Chris and their availability regarding any questions that I had is truly second to none. I sought fix auto out specifically after a great experience previously.
