Someone backed into my rear quarter panel and bumper and I didn't notice any damage until a few days later. I own a Lexus and the dealer recommended Fix Auto in Ontario. From start to finish the process was very smooth. I got a rough estimate online and made an appointment. At the appointment Chris inspected my vehicle and later emailed me a detailed estimate. I paid a deposit and a replacement bumper was ordered. I scheduled my repair appointment and my car was finished in 2 days! I was kept updated via texts every step of the way. Each person I dealt with was very professional and willing to go above and beyond to meet my expectations. My car looks brand new and it was a relatively painless process. I 100% recommend Fix Auto in Ontario.
