I want to be honest about my experience. I had my catalytic converter stolen twice on my Prius, so I’ve been through this more than once. If you know Priuses, there’s a moment when the engine kicks on—and you can feel and hear when something isn’t right. After getting my car back from another shop, it felt rough when the engine would turn over, and the drive just didn’t feel the same. Something was off. But when I got my vehicle back from Fix Auto USA in Monrovia, it was a completely different experience—honestly, a blessing. Right away I could tell the job was done right. The car felt smooth again, just like it should. On top of that, they got it done fast. This is going to be my new go-to auto shop for sure.
