Well, I must say that I had an awful feeling when I arrived with my brand new 2026 Tesla Model 3, that had been keyed only 4 days after I received her. I was referred by a friend to Fix Auto Center in Modesto. I was very impressed with not only the timely manner in which my vehicle was repaired, but the customer service, and sympathy towards my issue. I brought my car in and was told it would be ready Wednesday. It was ready on time, but I couldn’t pick it up that day. I contacted Bryant, and he was very flexible and said Friday would be fine. Also He did a great job on the car. On Friday, I called to let them know I might be late. By the time I arrived, they were already closed, but Leilani went out of her way to help and waited a bit longer so I could pick up my car. I really appreciate the effort. The shop is clean, the team is friendly, and the customer service is excellent.
