My wife was involved in an accident recently. She resented another car. His service was above and beyond any other I have received at other repair shops. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and answered all of my questions. The customer service, even in just in dropping off my vehicle, has been second to none. The entire team has been so welcoming, helpful and personable. They asked if i was okay in the accident, insisted on calling the insurance company to get my rental switched for more convenience in the drop off and waited 20 minutes on hold. Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.
