The dealer had previously looked at it and recommended a repair of over $1000 due to the intensive labor of replacing a piece that interacts with the window. Scott assessed it, determined the piece did not look broken, and was able to fix it on the spot! I would definitely come back here for a bigger repair. Super nice folks and great troubleshooting!
