I came in for an estimate on some scratches to my car and was genuinely impressed from the moment I stepped inside. The office was spotless more like a boutique hotel lobby than a typical body shop. To be honest, I came in a little guarded. Like many people, I’ve always had the impression that body shops can be hard to trust or that you might be pressured into unnecessary repairs. But this place proved me wrong. I was greeted right away by a gentleman in his early 50s who welcomed me warmly and professionally. He called over Brandon Peterson, the estimator, to take a look at my vehicle. Before jumping straight into an estimate, Brandon actually called over one of his team members and asked him to try buffing out the scratches first just to see if they could fix it quickly and save me money. That gesture really stood out to me and immediately built a sense of trust. Brandon was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the integrity and care he showed throughout the visit. I had asked my assistant to help find a reputable body shop nearby with strong reviews, and I’m really glad we landed on this one.
