Fix Auto worked on my car after a minor accident in March. They did an excellent job, and I was pleased with the finished product. They kept me informed daily about the progress of the repairs. They were professional and polite. In the interest of good customer service, they covered extra rental car charges that were incurred as a result of a minor delay in the arrival of a part. The folks at Fix Auto were so nice and helpful to me from the very first day when my accident occurred. They were diligent about keeping me updated on the progress which I really appreciated. They completed the job about a week sooner than the original completion date. When he called to tell me my car was ready I didn't have a way to get over to their shop in Lancaster ( I live an hour away in Boron). He offered to send someone all the way over to Boron to deliver my car. I was knocked out by this gesture and I really appreciated it. Their work on my car was very good and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I'll recommend FixAuto to anyone I know.
