I had an insurance claim here for my brand new car with only 800 miles so calling me picky on the repair is an understatement. Fix it Auto did a good job communicating with me through the whole process. I was not happy with the repairs on the first time and they explained to me the difference between reflection of pearl paint on a plastic bumper vs metal quarter panel which made sense. I didnt accept the car due to some gaps in the seems I was being overly picky with for sure but they accepted the challenge to make it better. I picked up the car and on the molding had a tiny blemish they agreed to fix at a later time since I needed the car. The later time when I finally had time to bring it back was 2 months later. They fixed the blemish and when I told them the bumper/quarter panel mismatch was still bugging me they took it into the paint shop and did a great job blending it. They went above and beyond. Tho the insurance claim was closed they did the extra work to match the paint better even tho they didnt have to. They also helped re-seat my front bumper after my failed attempt to take it off and put it back seamless during a mod install. When they had my car for the original repair they also installed my splash guards and a vinyl decal. Thank you fix it auto for turning my bad situation into a thing of the past with patience and understanding. I will be bringing my car back for some future body work I plan with some mods.
